HAND FORMED PASTA CLASS October 5th at 6.30pm
If you’ve never made pasta, then these shapes are one of the perfect introductions, and a great way to get hooked. All you need is flour, water and your hands! We’ll be spending an evening making, and eating pasta shapes healing from central and southern Italian regions:
Cavatelli/ Mallorredus
Orecchiette
The class will include everything you’ll need and tools and flour to get you started at home.

1 kg Organic Semolina rimacinata
1 x Gnocchi paddle to take home
We will be finishing by cooking the pasta you have made, serving it with a roast tomato & garlic sauce (and lots of Parmesan to finish), and a glass of wine!
