Example Southern Italian Hand Formed Pasta Class

If you’ve never made pasta, then these shapes are one of the perfect introductions, and a great way to get hooked. All you need is flour, water and hands! The class will include everything you’ll need, plus tools and flour to get you started at home, and we will be finishing by making a slow roast tomato sauce to enjoy with your pasta and a glass of wine!

500g Organic Semolina for use in the class
500g Organic Semolina to take home
1 x Gnocchi board to take home
Olive oil for use in the class
Sea Salt for use in the class
